Built around 1920, it represents a classic example of a Florentine villa, designed according to the principles of Italian noble residences from the interwar period. The façades feature classically balanced proportions and a highly refined and carefully studied spatial layout. The intervention included the restoration of all floors and wall finishes, the enhancement of the beautiful original window frames, and the creation of a spacious kitchen and dining area typical of Tuscan country villas.
